What I do
Using presentations and hands-on workshops, help clients understand and implement content strategy best practices, eg, aligning content with user journeys, trimming unnecessary content, making UX copy conversion-focused, and content blocking key webpages.

Case study: Making content conversion-focused
Companies often struggle which web content should be surfaced when, and how to identify what content helps move users through their journey or down the marketing funnel. As Associate Director of Content Strategy at Huge working with Sphera ESG and Clover POS systems, I created decks and gave presentations to help stakeholders with different levels of UX content experience understand how to make these distinctions.

Case study: Content hierarchies
To gain alignment and prepare for webpage content blocking, I created a hands-on exercise in Miro that allowed Sphera stakeholders to prioritize and create hierarchy amongst proposed content.
